Shipment Options, Issues and Liability
Leaders and Lures reserves the right to choose the shipping provider best suited to the customer needs unless otherwise chosen by the customer at check out.
Leaders and Lures, while can send customers tracking numbers and estimated delivery times, cannot guarantee these delivery times can be met. There are often delivery issues related to the carrier or weather that are out of our control.
If you feel that your order is not on the way to your delivery address, the tracking number no longer works, the package was dropped at the wrong location, or any other issue related to shipping out of your control, please contact us with your issue. While we are not responsible for the delivery of the package once it is out of our control, we do want to be aware of issues with delivery so we can choose the best shipping provider possible.
Damage and Lost Packages
Occasionally items are destroyed in transit. Per the terms & conditions of our online store, we are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
However, in a good faith effort to provide excellent customer service, we will work with you to recoup damages from the shipment provider.
If any damage is found, on the package or with the product (related to shipment) please contact us immediately at leadersandlures@comcast.net with your order number; last name and address. If able, please also send any photos of the damage and also a written account of the issue.
If a carrier requires you to sign a bill of lading upon delivery (due to the damage) please include this in your help request submission.
In the event your package is lost and undeliverable, please contact us right away at leadersandlures@comcast.net to report your issue. Please include the order number, tracking number, your name and address. While we cannot find the package for you, we would like to again know which providers are reliable for our customer deliveries.
