Refund policy
Returns must be requested via email to leadersandlures@comcast.net within 30 days of package delivery to customer.
Only new, unused items may returned. All original packaging, tags and other included items must be included in the return.
Once the item is approved for return, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and costs associated with the return. Buyer must provide a tracking number to Leaders and Lures to confirm receipt of the return. The order number/packing slip or a printed page of the confirmation/purchase email must be included in the return package for the return to be processed. Items received without this information cannot be processed or returned.
When the return is processed, customer will receive a store credit, less 15% restocking fee, for the online store, to be used with their customer account only. This will be submitted to the customer no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of the return, and no more than 30 days after. This is to accommodate any exchanges or trouble shooting required for the returned product.
Returns sent to Leaders and Lures without approval will not be accepted.
For damaged items, please contact us for information on how to fix or receive a replacement at leadersandlures@comcast.net. Many of our products are guaranteed for life and you may receive a replacement if the product is covered by this guarantee.
